Who are you?

We are run by Beacon Support Services Ltd (our legal name) a small family run company based in Bracknell, Berkshire.

Why do you not trade in the name of your web site?

Originally a technology company set up in 1999, we’ve never changed our name as customer feedback indicates that on joint bank/Credit card statements it is sometimes beneficial if your partner cannot easily recognise a purchase from Anniversaryideas.

What’s your delivery method?

We dispatch via Royal Mail as we have found them to be the most dependable and useful for our customers, this is especially true if you’re not in when delivery is attempted as you can either arrange redelivery or pick up from the sorting office which is normally more local than a courier company.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, we ship via Royal Mail who typically use the local national postal service to deliver in your country e.g. Auspost in Australia, US Postal Service in America and CanadaPost in Canada.

Will you deliver on time?

We recognise anniversary gifts are purchased for a specific date and thus ensure we process your order as efficiently as possible, stock items are dispatched the same workday as ordered if ordered before 3.30pm.

Is delivery/shipping free or inexpensive?

Our default method in the UK is free via Royal Mail 48 Service, faster options are available at checkout.

If I have a problem, do I think it will be easy to resolve my issue?

We will always work with you to resolve any issues you have please contact us via any of our methods and we will assist you with any issue you may have.

Can I easily return something? Is it free?

We offer a no quibble returns policy on our stock items, as we want you to be happy with your purchase. If the item is faulty, we will also refund you your return postage otherwise you are responsible for the return costs.

Do you offer a price guarantee?

We do, if you find the identical product is available at the time of purchase via another company cheaper than us (including delivery as ours is free) we will refund the difference.

How do you store my Credit Card details?

We don’t have access to your credit card details, payments are made via a secure connection through Paypal to the bank or credit card company to ensure your financial details remain secure at all times.

What if I don’t like it?

We offer a no quibble return policy on our stock items, as we want you to be happy with your purchase.

We operate an open and free review system on our site so anyone who has purchased an item can leave a review.
